Set up of the interior painting area

 

  • Furniture 2.5 ft from walls & smaller items removed.

 

  • Furniture remaining in the area will be covered when doing ceilings.

 

  • Floor areas are covered with painters drop-cloths. 

 

  • Repaired areas are spot-primed.

 

Painting 

 

  • Premuim paint is applied by procedure.

 

  • Follow the manufacturer’s recommendations.

 

  • Cut in then rolled working from top to bottom.

 

  • Two coats of paint are applied

 

  • Drying times between painting coats.

 

  • Sufficient warmth and ventilation is used.

 

  • Clean-up of tools, drop sheets and sweeping ect.

 

  • Not until the job is complete and the customer is satisfied do you pay
